“I’m delighted with my new radiator. It really has elevated the room. I had considered having the radiator in a colour rather than white and it was no problem for them to post sample colours to me. In the end, I went for white and it looks great. Delivery was efficient - kept me informed.”

“The Anthracite looks great on a white wall, but if I was to do it all again, i might have gone for white. The only drawback for these rads (for us) is that we have flexible pipes, which until now where virtually hidden. However the design of the bracket means that the pipes have to come through the middleunder the brackets to attach to the radiator, this means the dirty plastic pipes are now very visible.”

Sorry to hear about the visibility of the flexible pipes—the bracket design can require pipes to be routed through the middle. “It said delivery in one day and the couriers took 4 kept saying they were coming then didn’t. The box it came in was very damaged so they obviously didn’t take any care of it. So suggest then change couriers.”

“Having first sought advice from a suitably qualified plumber as to what was needed, we chose and ordered the radiators and valves from the Trade Radiators website. They have a vast range. I had a question about which valves to go for, easily found a phone number with a helpful person to speak to and I even ended up placing the order over the phone. Everything was delivered as expected. I did not like the colour of the valves, contacted the company and they were replaced without issue. The return postage was at my cost. Be aware that there are time restraints on returns. Be sure of installation dates before ordering. I would use Trade Radiators again.”
