“I have to say the service was really poor. Ordering was very straight forward, delivery was on time but then the issues started. We ordered a chrome radiator and received a white one. We would have kept it just because we were keen to get the radiator up and running but then we saw that it was chipped. The back and forth with their customer support agent wasn't great. She wasn't rude per se but you could tell she'd rather be dealing with something else. We had to submit the photos and then it took days for her to get back to me. As we've never used this company before and they have a strict rule of submitting faults within three days of delivery, I was very keen to get my money back. There was no trust here. Once the fault was establisted, we were told to just throw away the radiator and the valve. Then a day later, they changed their mind and wanted the items back. Then we had to supply photos of how well we re-packaged the items before agreeing on a pick-up date. We went through a lot of hassle to get faulty products back to this company. I would not buy from here again. We got our box standard radiator from Plumbase for the same price and no issues at all.”

Hi Christine Thank you for your feedback. You reported the incorrect radiator being sent at 14:51 on 29th October, you were then advised that the full refund was then processed on 30th October at 11:41 so no it did not take days for us to get back to you. We then advised you on the same day that the warehouse had made a mistake advising you to dispose of the rail and they now wanted to collect and you kindly agreed that was fine, it was not a day later. The reason we need images is the courier will not allow us to book a collection without them as they have to make sure there is no bare metal showing as they would not collect it like that. You never once stated in your correspondence that there was any issue with this, I do wish you would have let us know there was an issue before coming on and leaving us a one star review that isn't accurate on the experience you had with us. “Ordered a 1800h x 926w 2 column radiator. Easy to order and it was delivered in timescale as promised. Well packaged and included all the wall fixings necessary. I would advise Trade Radiators to review their contract with existing couriers. The 49kg Radiators was left propped against the house main door as courier refused to put it inside the house. This is unacceptable as radiator could not be moved by the older householders. Not good enough”

“Trade radiators are a great supplier. Great range of radiators and fast delivery. And are good at resolving any issues that crop up. I have used them on 2 occasions now and each time needed to get back in touch for some minor issues. But these were resoved quickly and to my complete satisfaction in a short time.
