“Terrible service placed order on the 19th December and got a delivery date of the 10th of January only for it to be cancelled on the 9th of January and told it wouldn’t be until the 14th”

You were aware that the order would not be dispatched until January due to the festive period and part of your order not being available for same day dispatch. You asked us to arrange delivery for 10th January which we did and, as you are aware, DX Couriers failed to inform us that they were unable to do next day delivery on your order due to your address being in a remote location therefore the soonest they could deliver was the 14th which you refused. Your order has now been cancelled and refunded as per your instructions. Apologies again for the inconvenience. ***Please note that we have a zero tolerance policy for aggravated and abusive behaviour towards our staff ***

“Bought three cast iron radiators without tool as plumber said he had one. When he arrived on site he found it different and so had to order one on sale or return. The tool arrived following morning and plumber go on with job. Excellent and rapid response without any pushback. Appreciated. I would recommend Trade Radiators.”

“Customer Service was excellent from they moment I made enquiries regarding three radiators I was intending to purchase through to after sales service - it was perfect. There are few occasions when I write reviews but Trade Radiators deserved putting pen to paper. I had looked at a number of suppliers and Trade Radiators were one of the cheapest ( I don't always go for cheapest as I believe you pay for what you get). However they offered a fast turnaround which I needed so went with them. They communicated the delivery times, and the radiators arrived on specified time. The product is great. I had one problem which was one valve had been damaged in transit but a replacement arrived the day after emailing them. I would certainly recommend them.”

“Radiator is fine, looks great and easy to fit. However dismayed at delivery service, whereby radiator was just left at my front door, on pallet. No knock on door or delivery note put through letter box- shocking!”

Apologies that the courier left the pallet, this is unusual and we can only imagine that this has been due to the delivery being near Christmas when the couriers are particularly busy but still no excuse, we have passed your comments on to the courier company. Glad you're so happy with your radiator though.

“Good communication and service Towel rail looks good and reasonably priced However one valve arrived with broken top -still works and not worth hassle of sending for replacement but annoying nevertheless”
