“Wrong radiators delivered then second attempt a day later than we agreed and on that delivery two radiators arrived. Radiators also not the same colour no stars”

On investigation we can see that you were sent an incorrect item which was then swapped over for you, apologies for the inconvenience. We have no record of there being any issue with colour or anything similar, only the wrong item which we subsequently exchanged for the correct item. “The item purchased was not as pictured. There are 2 pictures on the sales listing - both different from each other and neither is a picture of the actual item. I was expecting a towel rail as pictured in the main picture however the wall brackets are located in a different place making the space for towels narrower. I would not have purchased, however the pipes had already been set before I saw what came out of the box so too late to returrn. The "other" picture shows the wall brackets correctly but the number of horrizontal towel bars at in the bottom part is not correct. Accurate pictures are essential and basic requirement for on line sales. Delivery however was swift - next day as promised and full tracking / info given en route.”

“Radiator arrived well packaged & undamaged. Not fitted yet but looks good quality. Staff helpful and offered advise about products. Only negative was unreliable courier service DX couriers. I would be hesitant to order again only because of DX couriers.”

“The rads were a pleasant surprise. Quality is A1. Even my plumber, who’d tried to sell us rads twice the price, commented on quality being top notch. Even better was delivery. Ordered on a Monday and we had them in the house by Wednesday. Can’t fault the product or the service. I will use this company again and recommend to anyone who asks 👍🏻”

“Samantha Hi, The fluid and plug arrived at 1330 and the unit is installed, up and working very well no problems at all. I have done the bleeding and so on. Just keeping and eye for any leaks to finish the job altogether... Not bad for an old fart of 86!!! Lovely girl I just want to say what outstanding service Trade Radiators gave me. A credit to them all, please pass this on the the management. Now the main part, Samantha thank you for the excellent attention you gave me at all times and putting up with and old Fart... “Product delivered quickly. The radiator is smart and well made. A wall plug was missing from the fixings kit, when I asked Trade Radiators for the type and brand so I could purchase one that was rated correctly for the radiator, rather than giving the information requested, another pack of fixings was sent. I can not fault this company’s customer service”
