“Website has good amount of information for me to choose the best radiator for my needs. Unfortunately the radiator had been damaged and the customer support were great by providing a replacement radiator next day. This time second one was in good condition. Happy to use this company again.”

“Great radiator, fast delivery. Let down by lack of info in the instructions. No full size for supplied fixings, then when I called and asked, I was given the wrong information. I was told 8mm, was actually 10mm.”

“Great product choices and value for money. I bought traditional style bathroom radiator/towel rails which were a very good price but even better, when they arrived (Quick delivery as well) they were lovely quality so I didn’t feel in any way I had been compromised. My builder is so impressed he is going to recommend them to his clients! The customer service is first class, nothing is a problem. Great to deal with. Thank you”

“Wouldn’t match their own price from a few weeks before then offered an insulting discount of about £80 on a £1400 order so i bought else where for £500 less”

On investigation we can see that we did put a discounted quote together for you but you didn't get back to us to discuss any further. It wasn't a price match you were looking for it was an old discount that was no longer live and unfortunately we cannot apply old discounts to new orders, we do always strive to get our customers the best possible deal but you didn't come back to us so we were unable to help any further.
