“I have purchased radiators in the past from Trade Radiators and was happy with the service given. I am about to upgrade a couple of roads and again chose this company. “My 2 column radiator arrived quickly, well packed and the quality is excellent. I am currently renovating a G2 listed property and looking at a traditional feel, with modern looks, for the downstairs rooms. This radiator ticks all the boxes and I will buy again now I know.”

“Amazing customer service! Trade Radiators answer the phone straight away and are always ready to help solve any problems. Moreover, every time I rang, the person who answered the phone was able to help me. Perfect if you are busy! I had to ring several times in one week due to misunderstandings between myself and our builder and return and reorder items. Trade Radiators made it so simple. Next day delivery and pick up courier service. We're really thrilled with the quality of the radiators and couldn't recommend them more highly.”

“I was new to Trade Radiators, however I found the system easy to work, the radiators were delivered on time and in good order, I ordered column radiators, they cam without any instruction , i.e. flow direction, however their was a small sticker on one side, we assumed that was the flow in, and were rewarded with a hot radiator, my only negative would be the no instructions, the radiators are lovely and look fantastic, my negative is a very simple fix. thanks KT”

“There was a bit of a glitch with delivery but the radiators look really good. Not in yet but they were happy to take back a radiator that didn't fit the bill, and without charging for transport too. Top marks.”
