“The item i ordered went out of stock just as i ordered it and they rang within 10 minutes to offer me an alternative which was promptly delivery the next day”

“I'm pleased with my new towel radiator,it looks good and the plumber that fitted it said it was good quality,not flimsy like some he's fitted,however I was surprised to see that the btu on the box,was different than that stated on the website.”

“bought a radiator after it was installed there was a weld joint leaking i rang the help desk and a new radiator was sent out the very next day you can't ask better than that no quibbling no fuss good service”

“The radiator and thermostatic came very promptly. The radiator was well boxed and as described. Really pleased. The TRV came damage,the packaging was unpadded. I complained,and they sent me a replacement unit very quickly. Unfortunately that was equally badly scratched. No padding. I've accepted that I need to purchase locally”

“Easy to get the information required to order the right radiator. The order process was clear and easy. Sadly they delivered one radiator incorrectly and it had to be swapped, but this was resolved so quickly and without fuss that it was almost as if there had never been an issue. I will use this company again in the future for all my radiator requirements. Very pleased. I would have given 5 stars but for the error made.”

“The antique gold is too dark almost brown. I painted the patterns with gold to improve the look. Apart from the colour iris fab.”

“Quick delivery good product only downside delivery driver was not the most caring considering how much these things cost. A few rads had marks on from where they had been dropped. Nothing major needed to get on so just faced them to the wall. That said happy overall.”

“Love the radiator, not impressed with customer service. Requested delivery on a Thursday, received email stating delivery would be Friday. Rang to confirm Thursday delivery, delivery on that day assured. When did it arrive-- Wednesday!!!!!! Are messages passed on ? Do despatch staff read dispatch instructions. Are there any dispatch instructions at all. Not impressed.”

We are very sorry the delivery didn't happen as planned. We have looked into this and we did request the Thursday delivery as discussed and it seems that the couriers have not adhered to this instruction. Generally delivery instructions are carried out smoothly so apologies that it didn't happen that way on this occasion.

“Very nice vertical radiator at an attractive price... only disappointment are the fixing brackets which put a considerable gap between the radiator tubes and the wall.. The brackets are currently 70mm to centre of rear hanging tube... Reducing the size of the bracket by 30 mm would be better and still allow enough projection for a Danfoss TRV.”
