“Bought a column type radiator which came with two wall mounting brackets which fastened around two off the columns. These were tightened as much as possible and held the radiator in place when it was empty. When filled with water the radiator slipped through the brackets and down to the floor. If buying a similar type get the pedestals.”

Thank you very much for the positive review Alistair. This should not happen at all with the brackets as they are wall hung radiators, the feet (or floor supports) are just an optional extra and not essential. Sounds like a little installation issue that just needed a small tweak, glad you got all sorted.

“Trade Radiators promised a price match on their web site and they kept to their word when I phoned them. Delivery was quick and the radiator looks fine. I was just disappointed there wasn't a template to mark the brackets on the wall but, I new that when I bought it.”

“After trawling thro countless "radiator web-pages" and visiting numerous radiator suppliers Trade Radiators was the only company that stocked the radiator I wanted (and at the "right" price). After an initial contact "hiccup" everything went smoothly and delivery to Northern Ireland was prompt and efficient.”

“All very easy in terms of selection and payment. Good manner on telephone but unfortunately the verbal indications for delivery did not match the actual delivery time. Had made arrangements in keeping with verbal indication but delivery was next day and unexpected. Email was sent but not received until the following day owing to computer problems. Would use again most certainly.”

“Very good products and have fitted many towel rails in particular, all are normally delivered on time the next day. However, on just the odd occasion the radiator required was not in stock and although an alternative is offered (which sometimes is more expensive but they give it to you at the same price you paid) it can delay the delivery by a day or two. Other than that would recommend any time.”

“Really prompt service and well packaged for delivery, have now fitted the curved bathroom rad and it looks great. The stylish valves were an additional and again look great. If you buy on a Friday remember its not a next day delivery but Monday. Well recommended”
