“I ordered a radiator just over a week before I needed it as I had booked plumbers. I had received two packages, pipe rings and thermostat but unfortunately the 3rd package was lost by couriers Customer services were quick to address the situation and send a new one out to me for an early morning delivery slot I have”

“The range of radiators on offer was very large. The customer support was knowledgeable and patient (I hung it myself). Unfortunately the instructions that came with the curved towel rail were wrong; they were for a straight toel rail and if I'd just followed them blindly I would have ended up with a badly hung rail and lots of holes in the wall. CURVED TOWEL RAILS/RADIATORS NEED DIFFERENT (OR EVEN SOME) INSTRUCTIONS. The instructions for the Smart Programmable thermostat as enclosed with the device were so small as to be totally illegible. Fortunately I found and printed off ones from the website (well-hidden but I found them!) - they had fitted 12 A4 sheets onto one 2-sided piece of A4. Try reading that some time! However, the device is now up and running and is doing everything I expect of it, so I'm well pleased with the product, just not so keen with the faff and misinformation.”

Thanks for your review, radiators should always be fitted by an appropriate tradesman (plumber or heating engineer) who wouldn't usually need instructions to as it's very straight forward to fit. Julie (Manager)

“Great service, both rads arrived the next morning ... BUT both packing boxes were very badly damaged, exposing the rads. Lucky no major damage but there were a few small scratches.”

“The Radiator is exactly as described ... but the delivery service wasn't. TNT didn't deliver when they said they would, and their parcel tracking service didn't work - the code was incorrect.”

“There was a fault with my first radiator but it was replaced very quickly. I would have given 5 stars but I emailed a question regarding the mounting bracket that was not answered.”
