“Purchased an anthracite radiator, great quality, speedy delivery. Fixing brackets need better screws and you'll need rawlplugs. Installation leaflet not very useful.”

“Easy to order, quick delivery - Ferroli electric towel radiator arrived within 3 days from placing the order; well made and easy to fit. Opted for remote controlled thermostat; this is not properly explained in the website description. The remote control is actually a room thermostat which means that the temperature of the towel radiator is governed by the temparature of the room - I wanted a device which would turn the towel radiator on and heat it to a specified temperature at specified times; this remote does not do that. Leave the remote in the box and just turn the radiator on when you want it; you can then specify how hot it will get and you can also spoecify how long it stays on (1, 2, 3 or 4h). Overall, quite good but could have a better description re the thermostatic control.”

“The radiator arrived very quickly and was as good quality as I expected, however it took several phone calls and 3 more packages before the correct, full fixing kit was delivered. I would have thought that there would have been some way of registering for the 15 year guarantee.”

“Overall very good. My only problem was that the valves for our cast iron Victorian-style radiators (`Balmoral Antique brass') are made of a metal which looks nothing like traditional brass. Instead it looks like a modern alloy, which detracts from the period appearance of the radiators.”

“Lovely radiator, modern and appears to be efficient. Mounting brackets are not as robust as they could be as I am using microbore along skirting, which does not assist in holding down radiator. Got small leak from Rad valve connection even though I used plenty ptfe tape and fitted hand tight as instructed. Will have to remove and drain down rad at later date to refix.”

“A good quality Dual energy st. st. towel rail, at a good price. Minor problems with a split delivery (imersion heater delivered before towel rail) but the delivery was sooner than expected.”
