“A outstanding customer service. I had an issue with a heated towel rail I bought a couple of years ago. The woman who dealt with it was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend them.”

“Good range of radiators for towels in the bathroom. I wanted electric only and was given good advice by customer service. I ordered 2 items and when only 1 piece as arrived, customer service chased up the remainder. Rads not yet installed so I can't review the purchase itself.”
