“I ordered a stel rad 1800 x450mm radiator from trade radiators. Excellent quality and a good price. It was delivered by a company Arrow XL . They were absolutely brilliant, trade radiators and Arrow XL kept me up to date with the delivery. If I'm honest I was a little worried about ordering the radiator for fear of damage during transit and the hassle of sending it back. I need not have worried, the radiator was extremely well packaged and protected with foam around the edges. Really pleased with my purchase. A big thank you to Trade radiators and the delivery company Arrow XL.”

“Helpful staff and nice designer radiators, still to be installed. Unfortunately the delivery company gave us very short notice, and we had no time to get back home, so they dumped 3 expensive large rads very visibly in the garden and left, marking the consignments as 'signed for' which they were definitely not, unless by squirrels. Luckily a friend noticed and rescued them. So that let customer service down.”

“Great stock, good communications and always fast delivery. A pleasure to interact with and a really useful website with filters that make searching for what I need easy. “We ordered a curved radiator and had to provide lots of measurements which they kept sending back to us with no guidance on how to get this correct. I spoke to Kim on numerous occasions who was always very abrupt and unhelpful. In the end I cancel the order of which Kim didn’t seem slightly bothered.”

As these are bespoke items, and your bay is not a smooth curve, we do have to ensure the measurements are correct so that the radiator has the best fit possible. An example was provided to help give you guidance on this. We would never want to send out a product that is not suitable for you, especially as this is non returnable.
