“I haven't used the radiator yet, but it is a Stelrad product so I expect it to be OK. It was well packaged and turned up without any damage. I was a little disappopinted with the fact that the radiator and the valves turned up separately with five days in between. Courier allowed me to choose a delivery date so I could ensure there was someone home to receive it”

Our Stelrad radiators do have a delivery time of 7-10 working days and the valves came from a different warehouses so they were dispatched separately. “Bought the Apollo Roma radiators in cream. Matches really well with 'dimity' F&B paint which are on some of our walls. Nice modern but country look that I was after. 2 column good choice for narrow spaces. Ordering straightforward and Delivery time frame was as promised. Would recommend”

“Quickly dispatched unfortunately when unpackaged, found radiator to be damaged. One call to customer service and a couple of photos latter, and collection and replacement delivery arranged for next day. Collection and delivery happened on time delaying installation by only 2 days, very good service when dealing with an issue. Would recommend for this reason combined with competitive prices.”

“Ordered a fairly large radiator from trade radiators. I was a bit concerned about it being damaged in transit and then possibly the hassle of sending it back? However, I need not have worried the radiator was extremely well packaged and carefully delivered by Arrow XL. The radiator arrived in perfect condition and a great price. Had to wait a few days for it but worth the wait. I would fully recommend this company.”

“I've now bought 3 tall radiators (Reina Flat) from Trade Radiators and the service has been excellent each time, with reliable quick delivery. On the one occasion when the radiator showed the slowest of leaks from the bottom os one column their customer service was top notch. It took one very short phone call, an email to follow up with a couple of pictures of the issue and a replacement was quickly despatched. Big shoutout to Kim Brines for her support; fantastic. I honestly couldn't recommend this company enough. My reviews for sold goods are usually quite bland, but when you have an issue and the response was as good as this, then they deserve the accolades.”
