We are terribly sorry for the delay with this James. The courier service has let us all down here which is not our usual standards at all. I can see a member of the customer service team has been in touch and this order has now been delivered. Apologies again for any inconvenience that was caused.

“Purchase 11 radiators ...3 were designer and delivered separately from the main ones. 8 nordic omega radiators. I was given a day and time for all deliveries. The radiators were well packed and arrived undamaged. Great quality radiators at a great price Cannot fault this company, would highly recommend.”

“Hi the radiator was slightly damaged on top right and corner, with the trouble that I had with delivery I decided not to sent it back I touched it up with radiator paint. The delivery was poor I had three days of being informed by e mail that my radiator was being deliverd, it was finally delivered on third day of staying in and waiting”

“All good from Trade Radiators. Product as described. Courier company DX less so; only delivered 1 of 2 items. My fault really as I didn't spot the number of items on the label and the courier was in a hurry but to be fair, he didn't spot that there were 2 items either as the second item was just the filler pack and really small. However he did return the following day with the missing item, so all good in the end!”
