“Very Disappointed. Have purchased radiators and valves and found i was one short. Very much a Monday to Friday company so valve was sent too late and had to send plumber to get alternative. Offered return if I paid postage. No issue with courier just with Trade Radiators.”

Hi Jeanette, thank you for your review. Having looked at your order I can see you placed it on Friday 2nd August at 19:27, as this was placed late on a Friday night we do not dispatch until Monday which we did and the goods were delivered to you on time on Tuesday 6th August. Our terms and conditions do state that deliveries are Monday to Friday and we do advise not to book in any tradesmen until you do have all the goods in your possession. As we have delivered on time and there was no issue with the valves we would not cover the postage. Should you wish to send them back to us we have sent your over the returns information so you can post them back to that address and we will issue you with a refund for the valves when we have received them back, thank you.

“We ordered some radiators for our renovation. They arrived quickly and it was all well communicated. One of the radiators did fail over a year later and they were VERY quick to respond and deal with the problem by sending out a replacement. I would definitely buy from here again. Customer service was amazing.”

“I've had a curved bay window column radiator and valves. The vales were easy to order, excellent quality, and came in less that 24 hours!! The curves radiator was, again, excellent quality and much cheaper than other web sites. There were clear instructions for measuring for the radiator and the on line Watts guide was very useful. All round good service. I'd definitely order from Trade Radiators again.”

“Excellent service from Trade Radiators. Ordered two of the Apollo column-type radiators and valves - the valves arrived next day and the radiators a couple of days later. All well-packaged and arrived safely. Installed today and they look really good - even won over our Gas Safe engineer with the quality and style!”
