“I was worried ordering over the festival period but a quick phone call with Kim, who rang back as she promised meant that the towel rail arrived in time. I am very happy and pleased with the purchase.”

“Order reference 000760573 Maybe for other customers went well, but my experience was horrible overall. TradeRadiators used DX Express for my delivery and I never received my radiator because of DX, but at the same time, TradeRadiators did not handle the situation well, considering they had every chance to make it right and they couldn't. 2 weeks, 10 phone calls and 20 emails later, all I have is the refund of the order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend TradeRadiators.”

“Radiator arrived with a dent so I called customer services who were fantastic in sorting the issue. When I get to the next stage of the project all three bathrooms will be getting their towel rails from Trade Radiators Give them a try, it's worth it”

“Radiator 1200mm upright delivered 27th November & fixed by contractor on 6th December. This radiator has stopped making our dining room cold as the orignal radiator at top in removed because it was in the way of our dining room table but now there is upright radiators it has made our dining room lovely & warm again. The radiator came packed very well also - full marks”
