“The Radiators arrived very quickly and were really well packaged so no dings or scratches. The web site was easy to follow and the order went through well. Delivery was good and they were left where I instructed them to be. Looking forward to enjoying some heat in my new rooms; they look smart on the walls. Will be buying again in the future as more rooms need renovating. Many thanks. Frances.”

“Communications were great and the price was very competitive. Great delivery - I ordered an Aluminium vertical 1.8m radiator - this came on a pallet which is far safer in reducing any courier damage. Love the radiator and would use this company again.”

“Great products but terrible communication. I ordered a Nordic Oslo 3 column curved radiator for under a bay window. On ordering it stated a 6-8 week wait. Based on that timelines I scheduled a plumber to install it when it came as trade radiators have a very strict policy on returns and until it is installed you won’t know if there’s any functional issues (you only have 3 days to report a faulty product). 6 weeks passed since ordering with no communication so I emailed. It was only then I was told the factory in Italy closes for the summer and it would be a further 6 weeks. Again getting close to the estimated delivery date, no communication from trade radiators. I sent a follow up email on a Friday to no reply. The Tuesday, without any prior warning the radiator was delivered. I then had to order valves and legs (again with the tight returns dates I waited to as close to the installation date as possible to order). When the delivery arrived it was only the radiator valves. I had to contact trade radiators again for the radiator legs to be dispatched. The radiator and parts are of great quality and have been working fine so far. It is the lack of communication that was disappointing.”
