“Thanks for a great product even the plumbers were impressed with the product. A special thanks and acknowledgement must go out to Amanda Fraser as her customer support was second to none she was exceptional in keeping me informed. She was quick to reply to my query, very professional and absolutely spot on with the information she gave concerning delivery times. “Ordered 2 anthracite column radiators, one is now on the wall the other still boxed, waiting for our alterations to finish in the new year. Really pleased with the effect and the price. Very minor downside, there are a couple of very small blemishes but nothing that we can’t live with. Bought a number of feature radiators from ‘Trade’ in recent years, always happy with service & quality.”

Sorry that our phones lines were so busy at the time, we've experienced unprecedented volumes of orders and enquiries and were short staffed at the exact same time. Things are now back to normal thankfully but sorry again that it had been hard to get through when you tried.

“Pleased with the goods supplied , this is my third purchase , all goods have arrived swiftly and been carefully conveyed by their own driver in the case of two large radiators. The smaller items arrived by courier but again were well packed . I have made inquiries re other products and been impressed by the speed and careful consideration that has gone into fulfilling my request , it has been very satisfactory all round.”

“Order was wrong ? Only got half of my order ?? Packaging was excellent and all seems good quality but my customer was let down by poor order ?? Had to shop elsewhere delivery took ages too unfortunately.. don’t like to put anyone down but I ordered 4 radiators got two and when I emailed company didn’t even get reply ... dissatisfied and disappointed.. I know these errors can occur but not even a word or apology”

Looks like you have confused us with a different order with a different company as we had an order that you placed online for 2 radiators, this order was duly fulfilled/delivered 100% correctly. We haven't received any emails or calls from you regarding the order. Seems there may be some confusion your side.
