Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

The couriers have attempted delivery twice (no one has been at the delivery address on each occasion) and we have not had any calls or emails form you regarding any issues with the delivery.
