“The customer services team were great but Trade Radiators need to think about using another courier. I was missing an item from my initial delivery and it took a further week until I received it! Not good if you are working to tight timescales.”

Our sincere apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. “Radiator looks good on my kitchen wall so I'm happy with the quality of the product. The ordering process was hampered by the website not working properly and taking online orders so I ended up phoning Trade Radiators instead. The radiator was delivered on the correct day. Apollo radiators who delivered it, unfortunately just dumped the pallet with the radiator on it by my front door - verbally asked our surname as they were getting back into the lorry and before we could ask them to actually move it into the garage :-(”
