“Already made a complaint, aware of the present situation, however, service was very poor. I also work full time and I'm self-employed aged 65 if you can't cope you should make people aware. Possible its partially down to the distributor, also the radiator valve the seating flange poor mould/machined I had to modify both rads purchased taper poor.”

Our apologies there was a delivery delay, this is not uncommon at the moment due to COVID which is having an impact on logistic networks across the UK. The goods were dispatch on time as advised but the courier had a delay, sorry again. If there is an issue with the radiator we will of course have this resolved for you, we are currently still waiting on you getting back to us after we contacted you regarding the issue and look forward to hearing from you in due course.

“My Trade Radiators story is about service. I ordered a towel rail for a Christmas gift. It sat, in its undamaged box, in my hall for months. When the plumber began to install it in mid January, he discovered a large dent, and refused to fit it. I contacted Trade Radiators. They asked for photos of the dent and the box, which I'd already obtained. I sent them. A new, replacement radiator arrived in less than 24 hours. I'd expected a battle, especially given the lag time between receipt and complaint, but had none. Unsurpassed service in the form of unfortunate error remediation = very, very satisfied customer!”

“So, a year after I bought 2 graphite columnrads from these people - I scratched the lovely painted finish and the brass underneath was showing through. I then contacted customer service to see if it was possible to buy some touch up paint to repair it. To my amazement 2 days later I received a pot of graphite paint and some thinner, no fuss and no charge either! I was so impressed felt they deserved a follow up review. GREAT customer service *****”

“Perhaps a bit silky to do so but I’m writing this review before I have received the goods - only thermostats have arrived, cast iron radiators coming later. However, I am impressed with the price of the radiators ( much more expensive on other sites) and I want to mention Yasmin in customer service/orders who put up with me changing my mind and then back again and gave advice ( or found someone else who could) for my many questions.”
