“I was looking to purchase more efficient radiators in my home and saw these online at Trade Radiators. Initially I bought 2 to try them out in the kitchen and bathroom and was delighted with the smart design and heat output, so much better than the previous radiators. Since then I have bought another 2 which have been installed and now am planning to buy more to replace the rest of my steel radiators. The price is good, the product is excellent and free delivery is very quick so well done Trade Radiators. I will certainly be happy to recommend you to others!”

“after struggling to find a radiator locally that suited our needs came across trade radiators who had exactly what we wanted, was a bit dubious ordering online, what if it turned up damaged ? needn't have worried radiator was packed very securely in a wooden box / crate one slight mark from manufacturing but on rear so faces the wall so not worried about that. only slight negative is the web site could make it clearer as to the type ov valve required straight or angled but that's a web site improvement not about the radiator. Radiator has been installed for a couple of weeks and am more than pleased with appearance and performance.”

Please be aware that we will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards members of our staff and when required will report such behaviour to the police. Your complaint was about 'fluid' which you DID NOT buy from us. As you were having issues with the retailer you purchased the 'fluid' from you then sought instructions from us instead. We are unable to provide instructions for items that we do not sell as we have no idea what the item is or where it has come from. We were polite and helpful during every communication you have had with us as we are with all of our customers. Abusive and inappropriate language will not be tolerated in any form.

“Service is fine - very fast. Sadly they were let down by the product - packaging in perfect order so no Enroute damage but poor quality product - lots of dents and marks on the radiator which must have passed the factory quality control - quite a let down for an expensive item. Poor quality wall brackets with huge inappropriate fixings that make wall hanging difficult - I think maybe they should be looking at these quality issues.”

Dear Colin, I'm very sorry to hear that your towel rail arrived with what sounds like a flaw/fault. A quick call to our Customer Service team could have immediately rectified this for you as we could have sent you out a replacement for delivery the very next day. Unfortunately you didn't contact us to give us the opportunity to do this for you so we have been completely unaware of any problems until you posted your review online. It's a great quality product that we never usually have any issues with so we have emailed you separately about having it replaced.
