“Very prompt delivery, courteous staff,very sturdy packaging. We are impressed with the heat generated by the Roma Radiators and they look very stylish with the wood and chrome valves. Excellent service and product; we replaced all 7 of our radiators with Apollo Romas and our house is transformed! The plumber was impressed by how light they were given their bulk.”

“I ordered a radiator just over a week before I needed it as I had booked plumbers. I had received two packages, pipe rings and thermostat but unfortunately the 3rd package was lost by couriers Customer services were quick to address the situation and send a new one out to me for an early morning delivery slot I have”

“The range of radiators on offer was very large. The customer support was knowledgeable and patient (I hung it myself). Unfortunately the instructions that came with the curved towel rail were wrong; they were for a straight toel rail and if I'd just followed them blindly I would have ended up with a badly hung rail and lots of holes in the wall. CURVED TOWEL RAILS/RADIATORS NEED DIFFERENT (OR EVEN SOME) INSTRUCTIONS. The instructions for the Smart Programmable thermostat as enclosed with the device were so small as to be totally illegible. Fortunately I found and printed off ones from the website (well-hidden but I found them!) - they had fitted 12 A4 sheets onto one 2-sided piece of A4. Try reading that some time! However, the device is now up and running and is doing everything I expect of it, so I'm well pleased with the product, just not so keen with the faff and misinformation.”

Thanks for your review, radiators should always be fitted by an appropriate tradesman (plumber or heating engineer) who wouldn't usually need instructions to as it's very straight forward to fit. Julie (Manager)

“It would be unfair to write a review based just on delivery so after a month or so use all is okay and the fitting was as expected after measuring and making sure we had it right it fitted perfectly. no leaks etc and the heat convection is fine. Delivery was on time and the packing good. So cannot fault would recommend again”
