“Towel rad turned up promptly and when package opened slight scratches and a dent was seen. Luckily they were out of sight!”

Dear Tim I'm really sorry to hear that that your towel rail arrived with some transit damage, a quick call to our Customer Service team could have immediately rectified this for you as we could have sent you out a replacement for delivery the very next day. Unfortunately you didn't contact us to give us the opportunity to do this for you so we have been completely unaware of any problems until you posted your review online. “The Radiator is exactly as described ... but the delivery service wasn't. TNT didn't deliver when they said they would, and their parcel tracking service didn't work - the code was incorrect.”

“I looked everywhere for a column radiator in the size I needed for my Victorian cottage Trade Radiators were the only one that had size needed & at reasonable price. Delivery communication great def recommend”
