“The towel radiator ordered on Friday arrived early Monday morning. The Items i.e. radiator plus valves were well packaged. Very pleased with the service so far. On the debit side when fitting the valve tails to the radiator body it was impossible to tighten them because of excessive clearance between the male and female threads; in fact the half-inch BSP male threads were 15 thous down on recommended size and were of parallel thread form not tapered. Using tape did not help. Solution as shown was to purchase two 15mm by 0.5" BSP tapered connectors. Job now done but did not need so much aggravation!”
