“We have bought two designer radiators from Trade Radiators and were very happy with the service provided and quality of both radiators. This week we discovered that one of them was leaking. I contacted Trade Radiators and a lady called Yasmin dealt with my problem. This was Wednesday morning and by Friday morning we had a new radiator delivered to our home. I want to say that the service provided was excellent and Yasmin dealt with my query very professionally. Yasmin has excellent customer service skills and should be praised for this. Would definitely recommend this company and thank you very much to Yasmin too.”

“I placed my order for 12 radiators on 29/9/17. Received the first delivery of 3 radiators in light grey colour, of which one was damaged. This was going to be replaced in November when the rest of the radiators will be in stock. Radiators were not delivered in November nor in December. Received a further delivery of 4 radiators in January 18 however now black in colour. Delivery of the rest of the radiators was 19/1/18 and just received and email saying delivery now February 18. Since September 17 we have only had 4 correct radiators delivered. Stay away from this company.”

Dear Usha, I'm sorry about the delays, we did make you aware at each stage and you didn't want to take alternatives offered to you and stated you wanted to wait instead. I believe you did a chargeback with your credit card company and have had all your money refunded for the full order despite having 6 radiators in your possession already and you stating that you wanted to wait for the delayed items to complete the order. So you now have 6 radiators you haven't paid for and have further items on order with us. We obviously want to fulfil your order for you as you have said repeatedly that this is what you want, which requires immediate payment or alternatively we can collect the items you have which have not been paid for, thus cancelling the full order. Please call our Customer Service Manager Stacey ASAP on 0141 225 0430 and we can have this cleared up for you right away. Thank you. Julie (Manager)

“I searched the sites in vain for the designer rads I wanted til I found them at Trade Radiators. Ordering was simple and they arrived very quickly and as advised. They are in perfect condition and truly beautiful works of modern art. Would definitely recommend.”

“We would highly recommend trade radiators. We ordered a radiator which was faulty. This was replaced very swiftly and we were reimbursed for the cost of having it refitted without any quibbles. The company faced by Yasmin were very amenable to us, thank you, Pamela Gibbard”

“The radiators ordered were delivered to the wrong street causing a wasted afternoon tracking them down. 1 Radiator was damaged before packing and I am still waiting for a reply from customer service regarding a replacement.”

“Ordered a towel warmer radiator from this company because price was very competitive and got an extra 10% price reduction. Delivery was exceptionally fast and it arrived next day. Had a query about parts supplied and customer service team were really helpful. Highly recommended”

“Shoddy and poor. Unprofessional. Avoid. Purchased radiators in 2014. Now they are beginning to leak due to sub-standard manufacturing. Emailed them and they clearly don't bother to read the emails and just reply with an irrelevant template email. Mostly they don't even bother to reply at all. Phoned them. Several times they promised to phone back. Never did. It's the sort of company people really should go out of their way to avoid.”

As you know, if a product develops any sort of issue then under the guarantee we require photos of the problem area, this is standard procedure and allows us to assess the problem quickly and efficiently for you. We advised you of this when you contacted us to report the issue and you have still not provided any images. We want this resolved as quickly and effectively as possible therefore if you could please reply to any of the emails we have sent you requesting images it would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

“Still waiting on Radiators we ordered on 1st of November. It was understood that the Custom Paint ones we ordered would take extra time but we are waiting on ones that would have most likely came “off the shelf” and three of the six valves we ordered are not here either... the company have been pretty poor at their customer service. I don’t think I would recommend this company to anyone where time is a factor in their project. We are currently updating the heating system of our house and have had the floors up for a prolonged period of time due to not having radiators to set the pipes to. I’m very disappointed in the service we have received; especially after our order total amounted to over £1500. On a better note, The radiators that have arrived are perfect. I am delighted with them!”

“Radiator came the next day. There was a slight problem but customer services sorted it out right away and I was extremely happy with the service. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Will definately purchase from them again.”
