“The actual products are excellent - I’m very happy. We had some issues with the delivery - namely that the courier lost one of our items and could not provide tracking information on the other item. When I raised the issue with Trade Radiators they responded very quickly and sent out a new replacement product for the one that was lost in transit.”

Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

Contacted Trade Radiators who were happy to arrange for the radiators to be collected and returned at my cost. Very helpful and professional company to deal with, would definitely recommend.
