“Still in cardboard wrapping as we are having walls and ceiling plastered and then all rooms painted,can't comment on them yet as still stored in garage”

“Had to call to order as issue with the website accepting payments online but adviser very helpful. Order confirmation received, but no indication of delivery date until I heard from DHL. Items then arrived as expected and all looks good. Lots and lots of plastic packaging used, are there any viable alternatives that could be considered instead? Radiators yet to be fitted but so far so good and would use trade radiators again.”

“This would have been 5 stars but I think my order must initially have been misplaced as I had no confirmation email after the initial receipt of order. However once I chased them up after a few days everything fell into place & the delivery was next day, was very well packaged & the quality of the radiator I purchased despite being a basic model was very good.”

It may be that you missed that info on the website when ordering and had expected it sooner. The email receipt was sent to the email you provided when placing the order. “When the package arrived there was substantial damage to the box, this looked long-standing (ie. not caused by the delivery) so had to note this on delivery acceptance and quickly unpack and check the area where the package damaged - all OK. It's only when I unpacked the entire radiator about a week later when my plumber was present that I noticed quite a few small scratches to the surface, not enough to warrant returning the item, but I will need to apply a wee bit of paint to cover those that can be seen from in the room. My plumber was totally unimpressed by the fittings "for a great big heavy radiator, the holes in the brackets are far too close together". Having said that, the radiator looks very good now it's in (as long as you ignore the odd scratch.)”
