“I'm very pleased with my radiator and with Trade Radiators. I initially had a small problem but a replacement was sent immediately without any problem. I was particularly impressed with Stacey Love who made sure everything was sorted out as quickly as possible. I think the quality of the radiator is excellent and represents very good value for money. The delivery is 'next day' and you also have peace of mind with at least a 10 year guarantee. I would thoroughly recommend Trade Radiators.”

“Wasn't at all happy with the service after a week and a half of waiting I then had to contact you to then find out the item was not in stock. I feel as though you could of contacted me to let me know what was happening”

“Brought Is heated chrome towel rail ; because they are not made in China and plus a 10 ten year Guarantee , Arrived on time and undamaged . Its great ; looks good in our bathroom and it heats the bathroom and warm the towels . So easy to buy Online”

“Had damage to radiator. Contacted Trade Radiators. No ifs no buts, new radiator in two days, collected damaged one. If only all online company's could be so efficient . 10 /10 well done.”

“Whilst I appreciate its a small family business and I should of read the T & C's I still believe the returns are expensive and I shop online a lot! I stand by the operator/receptionist was frosty and I never received missed calls. Will stick to local known brands in future. They follow up with a manager very promptly to discuss your comments.”
