“Nothing at all wrong with the product. Good value, however getting the radiators delivered when I wanted them proved a lot of hassle. Firstly, the delivery time quoted for the radiators that we chose was misleading on the website and proved to be a lot longer than I had understood it to be. I emailed them and told them that I had a deadline on the delivery because the plumber was in a line of contractors and that if the delivery was late, it would affect a number of contractors and cause a lot of hassle. I was told that this wouldn't be a problem. The rads arrived as promised, minus one that they couldn't get!! I was told that it would be early the following week and that the moment it arrived in the depot, it would be sent out by express. There were a few days lee-way between the plumber and the furniture fitters, so I managed to move the plumber on. The last day that the radiator should have arrived, there was no sign of it. I rang and was told that they didn't have it and that they would check on when it could be delivered. The process was made more difficult by the original person I had been dealing with going away on holiday and customer services not being aware of the deadlines. II had to call again a few hours later to find out what was happening, by which time the radiator had miraculously turned up in the warehouse and was being despatched by express delivery for the next day. The next day came. I checked with the couriers about when it might be delivered and I was told any time up until 6pm and that they couldn't be more specific. Great!! Later in the afternoon the plumbers were talking about packing up, but by luck, the delivery arrived just in the nick of time. The moral is that if you use this company, check very carefully indeed that you have left plenty of spare time for delivery!!”

We are terribly sorry that the experience was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been. The courier service has let us all down here which is not our usual standards at all. Apologies again that your experience was far from ideal. We do hope we get another chance to look after you in the future.

“Love the radiator, not impressed with customer service. Requested delivery on a Thursday, received email stating delivery would be Friday. Rang to confirm Thursday delivery, delivery on that day assured. When did it arrive-- Wednesday!!!!!! Are messages passed on ? Do despatch staff read dispatch instructions. Are there any dispatch instructions at all. Not impressed.”

We are very sorry the delivery didn't happen as planned. We have looked into this and we did request the Thursday delivery as discussed and it seems that the couriers have not adhered to this instruction. Generally delivery instructions are carried out smoothly so apologies that it didn't happen that way on this occasion.

“Replacement brackets requested on thursday 24th March and delivered by courier at 10.00 am on tuesday 29th March.....friday, saturday, sunday and monday was the Easter break so therefore it was next day delivery !!!!! Super service and an excellent company to deal with. Seriously Recommended.”
