“The rad arrived on time and ready to go.I bought an electric one so had to put in the thermostat myself but it was no problem.Wire in switched on no problem havnt' had it long so don't know the running costs”

“Hi, Received my Pisa Towel Rail a few weeks ago very well packaged , my plumber fitted it today 22-oct it looks great and it holds the heat a lot longer than my other rads Am I satisfied ? (110 %) Thank you Gordon (Norfolk)”

“I purchased a designer towel rail for my kitchen. The on-line description was comprehensive, its picture was accurate and the ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was included in the price and, as promised, it was delivered by courier the next day. The packaging was slightly damaged but the courier was very helpful in accepting that this may have occurred during transit. In the event, there was no damage to the contents and the quality and appearance of the towel rail has exceeded my expectations.”

“Excellent towel rail and element, only down side caps which go on the top of rail to cover bleed valve are not issued with rail I had to order these on line. I'm sure customers would not mind paying the extra couple of pounds to have included with rail.”

“I have ordered twice now from trade radiators. This time I bought two Apollo column radiators. They took a few days to arrive (quicker delivery when I ordered own brand radiator previously) but really pleased with the product. My radiators are three column but are still sleek and look great in my period home. Would not hesitate to recommend this site.”

“I purchased a towel rail at the end of 2013. It was professionally fitted and is very good and we're entirely happy with it. It developed a fault a couple of months ago. I received courteous and efficient service from 'Trade Radiators' (TR) when helping to diagnose the fault. TR contacted the manufacturer and replacement components were despatched promptly. When they were fitted, it was clear the diagnosis by TR was correct. In summary: Courteous, caring, professional and efficient service, which was appreciated. Happy to share. D.
