“This is my second purchase of the same stunning radiator as previously purchased for our main bathroom as decided would also put one in our en-suite bathroom. Good quality product and speedy delivery. Would recommend this company as both purchases have been quick and easy.”

“The antique gold is too dark almost brown. I painted the patterns with gold to improve the look. Apart from the colour iris fab.”

“Rapid dispatch of curved white radiator. Originally I ordered a similarly priced one to click and collect at a well known warehouse that 'Fixed Screws' . Upon collection it was poorly packaged and dented and fell tinny. So after a refund I went on to Trade Radiators site as I needed it urgently. It arrived within 2 days (I ordered after 2pm) No marks, blemishes etc. feels strong and heats nicely. Would happily recommend.”

“Probably a bit early to write a complete review as I am still a couple of weeks away from getting the radiator up and running after my living room refurb is complete. But it arrived on the day specified and it was well wrapped and protected and all the parts appear to be there and it is undamaged, the radiator itself looks the part and looks a quality build with a lovely finish, more than happy so far with the product and the service I have received from traderadiators and would definitely use them again as there is nowhere local supplying this quality at these prices, well done and thanks again.”

“Chrome towel radiator received well packaged. The supplied fixing kit had the wrong grub screws so I was unable to securely fix the radiator to the wall brackets. I contacted Trade Radiators about this by phone and they sent out replacement screws next day, however, these screws were also incorrect (although different to the originals). After a phone call they asked me to send a photo of the screws received and then again, replacement screws were sent out next day. Unfortunately these were the same as the screws that originally came with the radiator. Finally, after another email (which wasn't responded to), another complete fixing kit was sent out that included the correct screws. In summary: communication could have been better on resolving the issue, but they were at least responsive in terms of quickly sending out replacements. Shame that it took several attempts to resolve what should have been a simple issue.”

“NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! An ok product accompanied by LIES and APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Here are the facts of my experience. They offer the option to request a smaller delivery vehicle if there is restricted access; I made the request. I received an email confirming my request. A delivery date was agreed. On the day: • I received a phone call from Trade Radiators to say that the driver was at my property but no one was in. (There was someone in … the driver was at the wrong property – not even the same road!) • I was advised (in the same call and in a dictatorial tone) that there was a £75 charge for delivery on another day. • I received a call from the delivery driver to say that he had been outside my property for almost an hour but there was no one there. (There was someone in … the driver was at the wrong property – not even the same road! Starting to sound like a farce?) • On a subsequent call I was then advised that there was some in but they had no knowledge of any radiators being delivered. (The driver was at the wrong property – not even the same road! Is this starting to sound familiar?!) • I phoned Trade Radiators; as far as they were concerned there was no one at the property! Their Ts & Cs state that ‘Should there be no one available to sign for goods, a card will be left with a telephone number of your local depot who can be contacted to arrange a redelivery to your address at a mutually agreeable date.’ As you will probably have guessed, there was no card left. (The driver was at the wrong property – not even the same road!) • I contacted the courier directly. They had received no request to deliver using a smaller vehicle. And when I gave the address, the courier stated that there is no way their 16 ton vehicle could have got anywhere near my property. And … wait for it … when I mentioned the ‘threat’ of another delivery charge of £75 (because I was not in), it was suggested that that seemed like a scam as the courier was only paid £15. • I phoned Trade Radiators again. They really didn’t like to think that they were in the wrong (!!!!!!!!!!). They said they would contact the courier. I never heard from them again. • I phoned the courier. They advised delivery would be made the following morning on a smaller van, and that the driver knew where the house was. • That evening I received a call from the courier company to say that I could collect the radiator from an industrial estate 26 miles away! The next day: • The following morning I received a call from the driver asking for directions to my house! And when I gave the directions the driver stated that there is no way their 16 ton vehicle could get there. (I thought it was supposed to be a smaller delivery vehicle!) • Fed up by now, my plumber and I drove to where the driver was prepared to stop his 16 ton truck and we took the radiator off his van. A nice guy. He stood and watched us unload it. Trade Radiators were oblivious. And lest I forget, the radiator was missing a valve, so back again to Trade Radiators to send it … they did so, somewhat begrudgingly in my opinion – as if they didn’t trust me. Laughable! The implication given to me by Trade Radiators was that the valve would be received the next day … of course it wasn’t (and of course I wasn’t surprised). Time to summarise. Throughout the experience I was made to feel that I was in the wrong. The facts indicate that Trade Radiators resemble the Key Stone Kops. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. They are incompetent and arrogant. I would have told them directly but quite frankly they really didn’t want to hear what the customer was saying. And as a potential customer, you wouldn’t know of my experience unless I posted it here. It would seem appropriate to point out the customer service pitch on Trade Radiator’s web site: 'We fully appreciate the importance of fantastic customer service … Our staff … are always prepared to go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction'. Wake up and smell the (radiator) paint! At the end of the day the choice is yours. For me the bottom line is obvious … NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!”

“Quick delivery good product only downside delivery driver was not the most caring considering how much these things cost. A few rads had marks on from where they had been dropped. Nothing major needed to get on so just faced them to the wall. That said happy overall.”

“Originally bought an electric heated towel rail five and a half years ago and it's on 24/7 for 8 months of the year. It still looks like it just came out of the box. The element gave up last week, and after phoning customer service at trade radiators, giving them my name and post code, they knew exactly what they had provided and sorted out a replacement element at a fraction of the cost I had been quoted by various other companies. Will certainly use again”
