“This relates to my recent order for the Deco Bar Satin: 1595mm x 500mm and related valves (MN16FT40129681). Service and delivery were quite good, although part of the order was omitted from the first delivery and I had to phone up about it - it was sent separately, promptly, with apologies. The product itself is now installed, but it is not perfect. Our plumber found that it was slightly distorted and therefore difficult to line up squarely, but said that this is not unusual with stainless steel radiators - evidently they are difficult to manufacture? If so this could perhaps also account for the slight ripple effect in some of the horizontals, and the fact that the spacing of them is very slightly uneven in places. Anyway, our plumber has done his best with it and it's more or less OK, but I'm afraid that for the above reasons I can't give a very enthusiastic review.”

“Just as advertised and very quick delivery. Not installed the rad yet, but the large diameter bars will give off loads of heat from a compact unit. glad I found it.”

“I ordered a new stainless steel bathroom towel radiator and it arrived the next day, which surprised me as I didn't order until late afternoon. The unit was well packaged for delivery. The radiator is very good quality, looks smart and throws out a lot of heat. The bars get extremely hot which would be a concern with young children though. A very pleasant company to do business with and I've recommended them to friends.”

“I needn't have worried that the price paid for the 3 Saturn column radiators and 2 own brand flat panel radiators seemed low and that the look / quality might be compromised. Great value for money and, once the plumber had put the columns the right way up they worked perfectly when we turned the system on yesterday. Customer service was strong - when we needed to change the order after delivery it was no problem with the items being swapped the next day. So good value, good quality and good service.”
