“Very nice vertical radiator at an attractive price... only disappointment are the fixing brackets which put a considerable gap between the radiator tubes and the wall.. The brackets are currently 70mm to centre of rear hanging tube... Reducing the size of the bracket by 30 mm would be better and still allow enough projection for a Danfoss TRV.”

“I am very pleased with my black heated towel rail. The service i received when i called to order it was excellent. The young man i spoke to explained the spec of the radiator and even offered next day delivery. I would recommend your company to friends and relatives.”

“Found your site when looking for replacement radiators. Found the prices very good, in particular your "own brand". I ordered 5 radiators and could not believe how reasonable the total price was. The plumber who fitted them for me remarked the quality was excellent and, with a 10 year warranty. He also said if he purchased them from his stockist the price would be about the same. Delivery was fast and efficient. So anyone who needs radiators would be silly to go anywhere else but Trade Radiators. You may use this review any way you wish Regards Brian T”

“We at Newhaven Plumbing Services ordered online & obtained your advertised Stainless Steel 1200 x 600 Ladder Towel Rail early June 2015. With your experienced Sales Staff, It was a simple process & delivery as promised arrived well within the time stipulated. On arrival, and at the correct address, although the cardboard box packaging had encountered some small damage, as expected the product & contents themselves were unscathed. When preparing & fitting the Ladder Towel Rail wall brackets onto the Towel Rail, we found the securing bolts 2. 5mm slightly too long, meaning that when the bolts securing the tubular distance wall brackets too the Towel Rail itself where tightened, the end of each bolt thread began to impede against & into the surface of the Towel Rail upright tubing. However, having years of knowledge & experience with these types of conundrums, we quickly resolved the problem by introducing / sliding a small washer under each bolt head, before fitting, reducing the length of each bolt, in order to prevent that to which we found occurring. Having installed & connected the New Ladder Towel Rail to the existing Central Heating System, on refilling we were sure to install, a good amount of the correct type MIXED METALS ANTI CORROSIVE INHIBITOR FLUIDS as instructed & advised by trade radiators WARRANTY guide lines. Since the installation, we continue to receive both compliments & praise from our customers, on both the appearance, quality & efficiency of your Stainless Steel Towel Rail product, which has now been installed for some time, within a disabled type Shower enclosure /wet room. Excellent Service ... Excellent product ! Thanks trade radiators.”
