“Trade Direct Aphex, Designer Vertical Double Radiator, Aluminium, Black, 1600mm x 560mm purchased 4 of these radiators and would not recommend as they do not fully heat up. THe rads only heat up top half. The air has been checked and this is a new heating system, so rads are at fault”

“Superb top quality bathroom radiator and service. Courier used excellent and a small problem of a missing component was sorted immediately by Gemma and arrived the next day with fantastic communication throughout. A company that clearly cares about its customers- would use again and highly recommend to others.”

“Order reference 000760573 Maybe for other customers went well, but my experience was horrible overall. TradeRadiators used DX Express for my delivery and I never received my radiator because of DX, but at the same time, TradeRadiators did not handle the situation well, considering they had every chance to make it right and they couldn't. 2 weeks, 10 phone calls and 20 emails later, all I have is the refund of the order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend TradeRadiators.”
