“The service was excellent, however, I would suggest you contact the customer with the details of the status of the order I.e despatch and estimated delivery date. Nevertheless, after a quick phone call I was informed of the day and estimated time of delivery.”

“I ordered two radiators. Only one arrived the next day and that had no fittings in the box which was burst. The next day the second radiator arrived, this box was in even worse condition, the radiator was bashed and the fittings were bent. The only saving grace was how quickly customer support helped me out. I would change the carrier and check the packaging used.”

Dear George, apologies for the unsatisfactory experience. I've looked into this and you're absolutely right, the issues have been due to, frankly unacceptable, poor service from Tuffnells Couriers and I can only apologise again for this, it's not the usual Trade Radiators high standards. I am glad however that our Customer Service team managed to sort everything out for you and I see that we have also refund you £30 for the inconvenience. “Hi, Initially you sent a radiator without valves, then when I noticed the missing valves you sent those, but now I have a second set of valves that was delivered. Can you arrange a pick up please?”

It appears that the couriers mislaid your original valves and then delivered them when they were found, in between times we sent out a replacement pair to help you out.
