“Once the radiator was fully out of the packaging ready for the electrician to fit, it was discovered that it had 2 dents along one edge. they were slightly rusty so had obviously been done in the warehouse. It was too late to ask to the electrician to return another time so it had to be fitted damaged. You might say that I should have checked it previously, but I wanted to transport it to its final destination so I kept it in its packaging.”

“Ordered chromed stainless steel towel rail on 6 March 2017. Arrived next day. As this rail has not yet been fitted, cannot comment on ease of fitting etc., but I am pleased with the quality of the towel rail which will look good in our new refurbished bathroom. I have not had a lot of experience with this company except for this one item, but if the quick service I received is their normal procedure, I will certainly use them again.”

“Thank you for your advice about replacing my large radiator (also bought with yourselves 5 years ago) with two smaller (regular sized) ones. Now the room is much warmer and the radiators are hidden behind the chairs. Delivery was prompt - next day!”
