“I ordered online and received an email with date of delivery. Arrived as expected, in good condition. Plumber has fit it today (not yet connected to working boiler as house being renovated, but looks good - everything as expected. Thank you”

“The radiator and fittings were for a vertical rad ,we ordered a horizontal rad and fittings ,when I phoned I was told it fits both ways ,the fittings were wrong and our order code did not match the delivery code ,when I said I wanted to return the goods I was told there would be a 40 pounds charge which was not told to us the day before if we were not happy. It's such a shame as product looked great”

Dear Mr Hadden, thank you for taking the time to review your purchase. The radiator and fixings you received were exactly as ordered and as shown on our website when you placed the order. As we explained when you queried this, some of the vertical radiators can also go horizontally which is what you ordered (the horizontal version) with all the correct fixings etc. The returns cost is simply a courier charge for the item to be sent back as you did receive exactly what you ordered then decided you didn't like it, which is of course absolutely fine and we were happy to arrange the return/refund for you. “The radiators I bought, looked like the were returns. The box's were taped, and one of the boxes came with fixings and the other did not. It was also very lucky that I had bought extender pieces, that plug into the side of the radiator. Because even though, I didn't need to use them as I'd positioned the pipes correctly(some times you just get lucky) on one of the radiators, it was impossible toof ptfe get a seal as the tread was slightly to large for the standard fittings,and no amount of ptfe would stop the water pissing out. I had to use the extender price as a plug . I suggest that if you get returns to try and figure out why before sending them out to someone else”

I have had a look at this and you ordered and received the goods 4 months ago and you have not contacted us at any stage to advise us that there were any problems with the items received. Therefore we have been completely unaware of any issues until you posted a negative review online 4 months later. My own suggestion and the usual course of action, is to contact us to let us know if there are any problems with an order/items thus allowing us the opportunity to rectify this for you which we are of course always happy to do, both quickly and efficiently.
