“The radiator arrived on time, it was just as described and it works. Does Trade Radiator need to do any thing else?”

“Trade Radiators were very good to deal with and helpful when I phoned for advice. Delivery was an all day 8am-6pm which was quite disappointing. I was to phone courier in the morning for a time but they were unable to confirm a time as they they had timed deliveries to complete first. Fortunately it arrived 1.30ish freeing me up to get on with other things. Packaging was good. Radiator takes a bit longer to heat up but I can live with that given it looks so good.”

“Great customer services, I ordered the wrong valves and they talked me through exchanging them with no hassle. Radiator arrived following day well wrapped and at time stated. Radiator looks superb, dearer looking then it was. Would recommend Trade Radiators to anyone.”

“I ordered an electric radiator plus element/thermostat. My fitter said the radiator should have been filled and sealed. However after a quick call the very helpful lady explained how to fill the radiator (with all ingredients supplied) and this we did. All worked fine and as a bonus, delivery was incredibly fast - at a great price.”
