“Support by email has been quick to respond but the hotline is awful. Make sure you need to put your phone on charge. No answer for half an hour. Delivery is expected within 2 days but excuse like the item is put in another warehouse.”

“22 days on and still no parcel! Support has been quick to respond but still no info on a tracker number or when my parcel will arrive. I have been told that my order is in another warehouse. This was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Wondering where this other warehouse is or if it actually exists.”

“Honestly thought it was a scam. (It wasn't in the end) Literally took almost a month for my item to arrive. Was supposed to take 3/5 days! They gave no update. Had to chase them loads to only get (its coming from a warehouse. Dates are only advised) Honestly so so so rude and takes a life time. Avoid if possible. Pay the extra 2 or 3 pound elsewhere so you actually get it in a decent time and not rude staff who couldn't give a toss if they miss your deadlines.”

“I ordered the Room on the Broom character stuffed animals as part of my daughters Halloween costume. I will also get to use as story props with my preschool class each year. I was hesitant to order when I saw how incredible the deal was in comparison to all the other sources of ordering. I have gotten burned by scam deals online before and Toy Street was half the price. I decided to give it a try, anyway, using my pay pal account since I know they insure the purchase. I was very pleased when my order arrived just as described! My daughter loves the toys and I will definitely be using Toy Street for future purchases!”
