“Shocking, the item arrived without the makaton cards or the shining star badge. I have contacted them on their online chat and was told I would get a response within one to 2 working days. I emailed and still haven’t had a response either.”

“Hi. Just wanted to give some feedback. I ordered the dogs pooping puzzle which I paid to have gift wrapped. However you didn't remove the wrapping which gave away the whole point of the puzzle so it's lost its surprise shock factor. I feel I should get a refund for the gift wrapping at the very least given that I trusted you to pack without ruining the point of the puzzle. This is my order number Order #352964409] (28/09/2023)”
