Honestly thought it was a scam.
(It wasn't in the end)
Literally took almost a month for my item to arrive. Was supposed to take 3/5 days!
They gave no update. Had to chase them loads to only get (its coming from a warehouse. Dates are only advised)
Honestly so so so rude and takes a life time.
Avoid if possible. Pay the extra 2 or 3 pound elsewhere so you actually get it in a decent time and not rude staff who couldn't give a toss if they miss your deadlines.
