“Absolutely rubbish. Don’t believe the next day delivery line on their website this is a lie. I placed my order and it said 3-5 days which I was ok about, but over 2 weeks later they still hadn’t received the stock. Numerous phone calls and they refused to send out the item they had in stock without the one they were waiting for. They didn’t care there was a huge delay and just said I had to wait. Cue an upset child who didn’t have a birthday present! Terrible service would never use again”

“Ordered 3 of this and received 3 different dog keychains. I specifically wanted this colouring hence why I ordered 3. Bit disappointed”

“We work with special needs children and adults so Toy Street has many of the items and toys we use .Have bought Toy Street a few times now and their prices are the best for the items we needed. The delivered the orders really quickly.”

“Ordered a gift for my partner, the website said they were in stock. I waited and they did not arrive. I called up and found out from the staff member I spoke to that the items were on back order. I asked them to cancel, they agreed and said they would so, then send me an email to confirm. I never received an email and forgot about this. I get a notification saying my items have shipped. I call up customer service and they tell me there is no record of my conversation, they're happy to refund me but I have to pay a £5 "restocking fee". Shocking service, avoid.”

“ordered a birthday present for my niece end of january , I received wrong item contacted them to make the return and receive the one that i ordered , they claimed that they didn’t received the return which i’ve got a tracking number that shows has been delivered to them, contacted several times and still no item or refund”

“I bought my daughter the chicken coop set as an Easter gift and it looks absolutely beautiful. My daughter loves to play with the little chickens and eggs in her coop and is learning imaginative play and practicing animal noises too. She absolutely loves putting the little chickens ‘to bed’. She absolutely loves her new toy.”
