“Snowman arrived as expected. Shipping was fast, considering it was international shipping. The little guy is safely (I think) in the hands of its recipient. (Who can be sure when said person is an 18-month-old boy.) He loved it.”

“This was the first time I ordered from Toy Street - I had never heard of the company before stumbling across it while searching for stock of a certain game. It may have been my first order but will certainly not be my last. The whole process was extremely easy. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and customer service kept me up to date with the delivery process. Excellent company. A*”

“Great shop, the toy owls were sent very quickly and good quality, 2 very happy children. Owls were great quality, soft and now go everywhere with us.”

“Two weeks and two phone calls before my item was delivered. Same excuse as given to others "item delayed at another warehouse". Personally I don't believe they had the item in stock when I ordered it as I was unable to access 24 hour delivery on it even though it is offered.”

“3 weeks after order was placed, still marked as processing. I've called up twice to check the status of the order to be told the same excuse every time "the item is in another depot"”
