“First time I have used this company, wont be the last. From calling and placing my order and having all my questions answered politely and informatively to my friend receiving her gift the very next day I cannot find fault.Really impressed with the level of service and care.I didn’t see the wrapping personally however my friend commented on how lovely it was wrapped and packaged. Highly recommend company A+++”

“I placed an order November 29th, they said they mailed it the next day and I finally got it today, February 4th lol. In the meantime they promised a refund if it didn’t get delivered by the end of December and then refused to refund me when the time came. We had already purchased the same item with another vendor since it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Bad customer service and won’t do refunds. Now I have two of the same thing and only need the one.”

“There were 2 versions of uni extreme on the website, I wanted the more expensive one as I liked the shape better. Was sent the cheaper one without any explanation or refund. Tried to contact customer services twice went to answer phone stating opening hours which I was within. Ended up returning asking for the version I had ordered didn’t hear anything had to phone again to be told they were in the process of refunding me. All in all not s very good experience and would think twice before using again.”

“After finding a blue kids guitar on Toy Street website I was so happy. It was just what our little grandson wanted for Christmas. The price was good, it was in stock. Due to be delivered within 5days. Great...so I thought. Christmas came and went, still no guitar! We had to make do with a cheaper one from Amazon, so not to disappoint our grandson, which arrived in 2 days! Not had any correspondence from Toy Street during this time, I couldn't get through to any member of staff. Eventually it arrived three weeks after Christmas. It's unopened, unwanted! Wouldn't use this company again, too unreliable for sure.”
