“Paid for next day delivery- did not even despatch for next day delivery or even despatch the next day. No response to emails. Would like a refund on delivery- I should not be paying for a service I did not receive. Wish I had read reviews beforehand and paid by PayPal. If there are delays to orders then customers should at least be informed or site should not offer next day delivery if it is not going to be honoured. Postal strikes are 1 thing but if the order is not even despatched with a possibility of receiving it on time then postal strikes cannot be blamed.”

“Placed order on 25th Nov still not arrived or been dispatched tried to ring and the offices are closed and had no reply to the email i sent last week £75 out of pocket and no present for my granddaughter”

“My name is Lachlan, and I am 6. We recently got a new dog named Fizzgig. My stepmum helped me look for a toy that looks just like her so I can have my Fizz with me wherever I go. We even got her a purple collar and tag to match her real one. Toy street were great. My dog looks just like the picture which is just like Fizz. Her quality is perfect and I got her very quick. Her package was good and she wasn’t squished at all 😊 One very happy and satisfied little boy here.”

“Pleased with speed of delivery . Reason it took more than a week was postal strikes and then no access to the delivery address due to a flood, but thankfully the parcel did arrive after 3 weeks, which was fine under the circumstances”

“My grandson had a Nintendo Switch on his Christmas list and Toy Street came up with the cheapest price. I'd never used them before and was a bit anxious our ordering from an unknown company but the item was delivered quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. I'd be happy to use them again.”
