“Horrible experience with toy street. Ordered my daughters gift on the 11th of August with a delivery date between the 19th and 22nd of August. Had to make contact on the 23rd as I had not received any royal mail notification let alone my item. They informed me that my order had not even been dispatched and should be with me within 5 days. Contacted them today asking for a full refund as its still not been dispatched. Joke of a company who advertised items they don't actually have in stocks themselves. Will never use this company again just to save a couple of quid.”

“My little Steiff dragon was delivered very quickly, well packaged and exactly as described. Toy Street had the most competitive price and the service could not have been better. All things considered, I am a very satisfied customer.”

“I was advised after receiving my toy TY dog that the item was chosen at random even though it specifically said the name of the dog and a picture I was sent a completely different dog. I contacted customer services who said I could return for a refund (at my cost). I specifically wanted the dog in the picture as a back up replacement for my 2 yr old who is so in love with us particular TY dog so the random one I was sent is useless. Very disappointed by the clear misleading advertising of this product on the website. Do not purchase unless you want to be disappointed and out of pocket. AWFUL”
