“After having a terrible experience ordering soft toys from another online toy company I decided to give Toy Street a try.....well what a difference total professional company from start to finish, items were quality, delivered on the day they told me and kept up to date throughout the delivery. I would highly recommend and will be ordering more items from these. My little girl was so happy. Thanks so much for restoring my faith ordering items from abroad.”

“Amazing customer service, product availability and pricing! My grandson asked for a particular toy for his birthday. I thought "No problem!". But I searched literally everywhere online and could not find it anywhere in the USA, new, used or otherwise. I did find it on the Toy Street site in the UK and thought I would take a chance. The price was great and the shipping very reasonable. I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived on Friday - I couldn't believe it!! So well packaged, too. I will never forget my grandson's reaction when he opened it. "THIS IS JUST WHAT I WANTED!!!"”

“I don’t have much to say yet because I still haven’t received my order. It said it would be here on Friday then it changed to Saturday which was fine but I didn’t get it Saturday now it’s Monday and I still haven’t received my box. So my advice for anyone placing an order in the US expect it to take a while and don’t pay attention to the expected by date because it’s misleading. Hopefully I get my order soon.”
