“My Grand-daughter was so happy to receive her crystal making set from Toy Street It was delivered within two days to the Scottish Highlands. The quick delivery and low prices make Toy Street a company to trust and revisit. Given my excellent experience as a buyer and the joy of my grand-daughter on her birthday, which is priceless, I would highly recommend Toy Street as the best toy-shop online. “I found an amazing deal from Toy Street that was too good to pass up. It arrived on the last day of the estimated delivery window, but my shipment was international - so I think that’s to be expected. I will definitely be shopping at Toy Street again.”

“An interesting range of goods, and some the items I ordered were much reduced in the sale, so I was happy to come across them when looking for something else! Definitely a website for serendipity, as you never know what you might find. I'm sure I'll be purchasing more items from them in the future. The parcel arrived very quickly and packaging was safe and secure. Would definitely recommend.”

“I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Toy Street and feel compelled to share my experience, even on this platform. 1. Significant Delays: My order, placed on July 13th, was delayed well beyond the estimated delivery window. As of now, I still haven't received my order, and there has been no adequate explanation for the delay from the company. 2. Lack of Communication: Despite the significant delay, there was no proactive communication from Toy Street. I had to repeatedly reach out to get any updates, and the responses were vague, failing to clarify why there was no prior communication about the issues. 3. Unhelpful Customer Service: When I requested compensation for the inconvenience, the response was dismissive, insisting that delivery dates are only estimates and offering no compensation or goodwill gesture, despite failing to meet their own estimated timeframe. 4. Concerns About Review Transparency: It's concerning that the reviews here on Reviews.io appear to paint a more favourable picture than what I found on other platforms. This discrepancy makes me question the reliability and transparency of the reviews presented here. Given these points, my experience suggests that Toy Street is unreliable and not focused on customer satisfaction. I would advise potential customers to consider these factors carefully before making a purchase.”
