“We ordered a scooter for my daughter's birthday over a week in advance and despite the website stating boldly at the top that next day delivery was available, after 6 days we still hadn't had dispatch info or delivery details. When I called up we were then informed that there were warehouse delays. As much as I understand that delays can happen, I'm not satisfied that we had to chase to be informed of these delays. No next day delivery was offered meaning my daughter isn't going to get her requested scooter in time, with nowhere else online now offering next day delivery. Sorely disappointed that an email couldn't have been sent updating us of the delay which would have allowed us to shop elsewhere.”

“We live in Canada and my daughter found a photo on Pinterest of this toy. She desperately wanted it for her 4th birthday but it appeared to only be available from the UK. Initially we wrote off any possibility of getting this for her, until I decided to just check. I found it quickly on Toy Street’s website, and was amazed to see that international shipping (with the conversion) was actually VERY reasonable! The product arrived to the west coast of Canada in about a week, and the birthday was saved. Thank you Toy Street!!”

“I purchased this toy for my little boy as our Westie sadly passed away. Her name was Suki, and when we received it we were amazed that the tag said her name “Suki” my little Boy has slept with it each night and it has brought him great comfort so I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
