There appears to be an issue with this organisation and I am now incapable of getting any communication from them. Personally I would recommend you avoid this company. Oh, and the "on Hold" is an excruciating pain and not "fun fun fun". Nightmare

Its now been 20 days since I made my order, after speaking to customer services they tell me 1 item was in a different location so were waiting for it. Still nothing and no tracking details. I would stay clear.

If i could give this company 0 or negative stars i would, do not order from this company, ordered 3 items on 48hr delivery after 10 days still no parcel came, called them to be told it was stuck in a warehouse and would be passed to them soon and then sent out for delivery, waited a further week still no parcel, called again to be told exactly the same still stuck in a warehouse, waited a further week and surprise surprise still no delivery and apparently still in the warehouse, so after what was nearly a month i still had no order and there was never any communication from them abouts delays ect unless you called up to ask and waited well over an hour everytime on the phone i asked for a refund which tbh only took 48 hours as it was paypal so ordered the same items elsewhere actually cheaper and they arrived within 2 days maybe this company could learn from others who actually fulfil their orders in a timely manner, worst company I've ever dealt with, also their ratings box only shows the latest 5 star ratings and not the actual latest rating which if you look is always a bad one and unless you actually click on to see them all so is misleading

No zero stars option so to leave a review you have no choice but to give them 1!! Ordered a gift for my granddaughter over 2 weeks before for her birthday! Paid for delivery which was supposed to be 48hrs tracked! 8 days later my orders still processing?! Rung customer services to be told my item was coming from another warehouse hence it’s not dispatched yet and they’ll receive it that day to dispatch to me for delivery in 2 days time! Parcel was picked up by yodel the next day but did come on the Thursday and was meant to be a signed for delivery? So can’t arrange a safe place to put it! Yodel despite this delivered my parcel but decided to leave outside my door and take a picture and leave! So no signature! Rung customer service’s explained and apparently they have to get me to fill out a parcel delivery dispute form and investigate which can take over 2 weeks and there’s no guarantee of a refund or another parcel being sent? But either way no present for my granddaughter as need it for a weeks time now! When explained to the advisor the attitude was we can’t do anything until this is done sorry!!Company clearly doesn’t care about customers and as a first time one, I will never shop here again!! Avoid,avoid,avoid.!!!!!Save time and money and buy from a reputable company with great customer service and good reviews out weighing the bad by at least 80% to avoid heartache for your loved little ones!! Real review -5*!!!

If I could give this company zero stars i would. Save yourself any hassle and avoid at all costs! I ordered a gift and 2 weeks later there was no sign or word of my order. I contacted customer services who guaranteed it would be dispatched at the beginning of the following week, surprise, surprise no word of the order. Contacted customer services for a second time to be told it would take a further week before dispatch, refunded requested and told it would take 12 working days to process the refund. Shambles of a company!

Had to complain as no parcel rang and they said not in stock yet. Was for a birthday present so had to cancel as they couldn't tell me when it was coming in.

Ordered item said 48 hour tracking delivery 3 weeks later still no item asked 3 times on expected delivery to be told they had to wait for it from another warehouse and couldn't give me a rough date when I would expect item . Asked to be refunded as brought from somewhere else instead . Still waiting for my refund....

Ordered item, to be told it would arrive 2/5 days 11days later no item, phoned again (it's the third time) and they said they could not tell me when delivery would be has its coming from different warehouse, this is not acceptable, so I've asked for a refund, 2/5 days, hopefully I'll get this on time?

I would not recommend using toy Street. After using PayPal to purchase my item, toy Street immediately responded saying that they would ship as soon as my payment cleared. This happened within four hours. I never heard from the company again until nearly 3 months later after sending multiple emails. Only after filing a refund through PayPal did I immediately hear from the company again.

I ordered an item which should have arrived within 2-3 working days. After 2 weeks I still hadn't received item and so I contacted them, only to be told it was coming from somewhere else. It took nearly six weeks to arrive and not an apology or nothing. Would advise to shop here with caution especially coming up to Christmas

Absolute disgrace of a company. No communication order was never received, no apology just a refund after my sending countless emails to complain and the fact I've been sent this email to ask for my opinion is laughable. Need to get better customer service and maybe a marketing person.

Avoid at all costs. Failed to deliver moto gp 23 on ps5 when I emailed I was told it was a pricing error and that I needed to pay another £45 to get it. They didn't even email me to say it was an error and waited for me to contact them before informing me. Dismal level of service now the price of the game has dropped everywhere else and they still want more than everyone else is charging. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Don't allow company's like this to continue to rip people off or not honor purchases as this is Disgusting. Do not be fooled by what seems a bargain because you will end up losing out. Buy from company's you know and trust Read reviews Before you purchase.

I ordered 2 items on the 20th October and they have still not arrived , even though stated I would have before now , there is no tracking alerts get sent on order , I am so disappointed .

I purchased a product which, when it turned up, was different to what was advertised. I had to keep chasing first of all for this product to arrive and where was it?.. I got told it was coming from another warehouse. When I questioned why this product was incorrect (they ignored my previous 3 emails so I ended up phoning them) I got told they could see there was an error however all they could do was issue me a refund and not replace for the correct item even though it was them at fault. I asked for management to phone me... Who didn't (surprise surprise). Know ownership and poor customer service. Don't bother purchasing. So very disappointed and still waiting for someone to phone me as previously requested.

If I could give your company 0 I would . I ordered my product on 6. 10 23. Apart from confirmation of order and the money going out of my bank account I had no further communication. I contacted customer service who informed me it was stuck in a warehouse - no apologies. I asked for a refund as the product was not arriving on time for a birthday present and am still waiting. I insist that My money is credited to my bank within the next 3 days as I am contacting my bank and other relevant people. For anyone contemplating on ordering from Toy Street - don’t !!!!!!!

I ordered my item 11 days ago, tried to ring, no reply constant recorded message giving opening hours, I emailed and was told I would receive an update/email within 24 hourse, but nothing emailed againbut no reply - very poor customer services and still no information about my order yet the money was taken out of my account the same day - still trying to get in touch does anyone know if the shop is shut permanently?

I ordered from this website and paid for next day delivery as it was a birthday gift. Not only has it not arrived 2 days after it was meant to be delivered, it hasn’t even been dispatched. I’ve emailed 4 times about my order and have only got a reply back once. I also emailed about the wrong post code on my order, which to no surprise I got no response back to. I then went to call them at around 4pm, as on the website it shows they close at 5. I am then told they actually close at 3pm. I am still waiting on my order, even though the birthday is tomorrow. I’m am deeply appalled at the lack of customer service, and will not buying from here again.

Failed to deliver after 17 days and numerous e-mails demanded refund. Terrible customer service! Read all the neg reviews elswhere, I think there is a Chinese connection and items not even in country!!! AVOID AVOID!! I can.t comment on how long refund takes, but I am expecting to have to go via credir card co, if not processed as promised!!
