I cannot rate the product as I haven't yet received it despite ordering it 3 weeks ago. It has been in transit for the last 18 days, going backwards and forwards from various depots and never reaching within 20 miles of my address. Despite calling Toy Street they tell me they can't send a replacement order, I have to wait until the product I ordered is returned to them before they can ship it out again. Whilst I appreciate that the courier is not their problem directly, it is obvious that I have not received my order and it is very poor customer service for them not to ship me out a replacement.
