“Simply one of my favourite most used kitchen appliances. Absolutely delighted with my Tefal Soupmaker. Easiest way to produce 1.5litres of delicious home made soup.No chemicas/additives just pure vegetables and my own spices. Highly recommended. Such a healthy option. All done in 20 minutesx”

“Looks good, feels fairly solid! Downside is the instructions are very poor. If you could post on line a video how to use the various settings that would be very helpful!”

“My 10 and one air fryer went on the blink so I have replaced it with the two drawer 8 L. I was disappointed it didn’t come with racks to lay your food as the 10 in one you go everything which was amazing. I have ordered racks for the drawers and also i think the option to buy the one big drawer would be a good idea. If you can buy it, can you let me know where that to”

“Excited to use ! Not to heavy and fits into perfect kitchen space as I have a small galley kitchen ! Anyway Just arrived . Did the dry test run.. looking for the recipe book QR code .. would love to see a video of the tower being used for multipurpose foods etc ??? Is that possible . Will update after a weeks cooking … excited to rustle up a few ideas and get the family feedback ! My daughter mentioned bagel pizzas ! And my son said he used his flat mates Tower for 3 years at uni !”

“Paid for next day delivery, hasn't arrived. Address isn't complete on Evri website but is on my invoice, so worried that it won't get any further in the delivery system. I've tried getting in touch but have been told it will take 3 business days to respond to me. Poor.”

“After a few minutes reading the terrible instructions, I went online and discovered some independent videos on Tower Vortex dual basket Air Fryers one was a bloke who was so boring he talked so much the device kept timing off. Tower souls make there own instructions videos and post them on YouTube!”

“I’m a person who didn’t want an air fryer 🤣 I’ve bought the 11L 2 doors model and it’s FANTASTIC. I’m using it everyday and don’t know how I managed without it. So versatile and easy to use and quick. I’m very happy and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you”

“My air fryer broke within a few months and customer services have been useless. They keep asking me to pick a new air fryer but only the cheap ones are in stock. Won’t send me an equivalent model.”

“My 12L airfryer just used for 5 months only and not work now. Raised request for replacement under warranty, at the first, CS told me will be dispatched within 24 hours....but after that just keep waiting and said no stock...”

“I have just bought my blue Cavaletto salt & pepper grinder to match my other items. Love them all. This grinder is easy to use, refill, & it looks gorgeous. The only thing being that the S for salt grinds the pepper & the P grinds the salt 😂 I am going to swap the salt & pepper into the opposite sides. Then try to remember next time I fill it.”
