Evri have had my order for weeks now, no way to contact evri direct and no way to contact Tower direct, emails only. Came on here to see if others experienced the same, and there's lots of people having issues with customer service. You just have to look at these reviews, Tower have only responded to the 5 star ones. Not going to hold my breath on getting my fryer any time soon :(

Breadmaker was fine for a while but then not. Tried to claim on warranty but two emails and a web claim. gave been ignored. Unimpressed isn't the word.

Used twice can’t fault it in anyway it cooks. Great stuff. Tho 2nd use the handle has broke clean off! I have already emailed customer services and no reply. I need a replacement handle/drawer but don’t seem to have the model that I need on the net anywhere. Please resolve this as I really like the air fryer

Very poor customer service. I ordered an item which was for a Christmas Present. Realised when starting to wrap it that the item was not what I had ordered. The box was approx. the size and weight of what I ordered so had not realised before. Anyway, these things happen but how it is rectified matters. I have had no response to two emails sent over two days from their customer service inbox. Not even an acknowledgment email. This is not good customer service.

Ordered a Tower Vortx Air fryer on 1st Dec still waiting for it 20th Dec Evri lost it so I cancelled the order 24th Dec still waiting for a refund off Klarna....These three companies have one thing in common they make sure that you can't contact them directly Evri are a disgrace of a company Tower so busy at passing the buck Klarna don't want to listen to your problem until 21 days have passed they take my money instantly but when the complaint is finally resolved you can have your own money back in 7 to 10 days .....How did I get on with trying to get an Air fryer I ordered a Ninja af400uk from VERY on 20th Dec it arrived on 22nd Dec its up and running and I'm really happy with it (Proper Company) So be very careful who you use for your online shopping I know I will Happy Christmas 🎄 😀

No review possible as I have not received the item yet. Please check the emails. The item status is that its still with the Courier Evri and its supposed to be a Christmas present. I am not happy about this at all.

Evri accepted that they left the item in an unsafe area confirmed 10th December 2022. Tower customer services have done nothing to resolve the situation advising I need to sign a document that is not related to this incident... They have now just this very minute, informed Klarna, that they believe this is a fraudulent claim and that I have claimed many items lost from my address!! WTF!!! And they did this whislt informing me at the same time about how they wish for a speedy and amicable resolution. Again WTF!!! Hope Tower have got a good legal department for the slander they have provided to a 3rd party company!! So my gift to someone ain't happening for Xmas due to all the above... They don't even have their own telephone number and is shared by (3 different companies to date I have spoken with!) Would not recommend solely based on their customer service!!

Absolute pile of junk, stopped working within a few weeks and no help from customer service as I received it as a gift and had no receipt, even though I filled in my warranty form. Honestly pay for a different brand avoid Tower.

I have not yet received my Kebab Skewers! I am still waiting and have contacted Tower twice with no response and also a phone call which was an answerphone then it cut off after telling me to email! I am extremely disappointed I have not got this for Christmas! Ordered on 11th Dec!

Had a vortex fryer for a few months. Screws on handles forever coming loose. Tightened many times. Handle now completely snapped of where screws held in plastic. This item should not be sold. It's an accident waiting to happen. The handles should NEVER come loose on an item containing hot contents. Never mind as often as these have. Unsafe. Require a refund. Heard nothing. Appalling.

I have purchased 2 portable PTC heater, tried one out 1 in the kitchen and the small box room. 2 hours later and room is not much different in temperature also it has slight mark on the front. Trying to return product not answering phones and sent 3 emails with still no reply. Absolutely shocking take your money quick but don't respond to customers problems.

Waited over the 7 days for a reply then finally got a reply which then waited the 5-10 working days for a refund! Have I received my refund? No! Absolutely appalling customer service!

Received the air fryer in quick time. Used 3 times and requested to return as I believe faulty. Very poor performance and taking nearly double the time to cook food Emailed customer services and still waiting nearly 7 days later. Maybe leaving a review will get me a response.

My 80 year old mother bought a tower kettle a year ago since Nov I have complained on her behalf countless emails copies of receipt ian number photos etc .There customer service is non exting they aren't interested and it seems to be the same email that is automatically sent out They way she has been treated both rude and uninterested discrimination of a person who doesent use the Internet and is unable to email . SHE PAID 40 EUROS BECAUSE IT HAD 3 YEAR GUARANTEE AND SHE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE BETTER QUALITY HOW WRONG SHE WAS .She could have bought a lidi kettle with 3 year guarantee for 17 euros .Its a disgraceful treatment when you complain that they people who are supposed to help you ignore and are quiet uninterested Its disgraceful why offer a guarantee if you don't honour it I will DEFINITELY NEVER BUYA TOWER PRODUCT AGAIN AND NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE TO BUY IT .A company is as good as its customer service .I would recommend you look at your staff in customer service and train them properly as they are loosing you customer which will have a knock on effect on all your future products sales A VERY ANNOYED CUSTOMER

Purchased items spares which were in stock not heard another thing sent invoice removed money from bank and still not heard a thing this was on the 11/12/22. emailed company they will contact you in 7 days what a waste of time on wanted this before Christmas I should think no chance . They do not deserve customers Look at Trust pilot bad reviews customers service and delivery if the cared they would change delivery method.
