My 80 year old mother bought a tower kettle a year ago since Nov I have complained on her behalf countless emails copies of receipt ian number photos etc .There customer service is non exting they aren't interested and it seems to be the same email that is automatically sent out They way she has been treated both rude and uninterested discrimination of a person who doesent use the Internet and is unable to email . SHE PAID 40 EUROS BECAUSE IT HAD 3 YEAR GUARANTEE AND SHE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE BETTER QUALITY HOW WRONG SHE WAS .She could have bought a lidi kettle with 3 year guarantee for 17 euros .Its a disgraceful treatment when you complain that they people who are supposed to help you ignore and are quiet uninterested Its disgraceful why offer a guarantee if you don't honour it I will DEFINITELY NEVER BUYA TOWER PRODUCT AGAIN AND NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE TO BUY IT .A company is as good as its customer service .I would recommend you look at your staff in customer service and train them properly as they are loosing you customer which will have a knock on effect on all your future products sales A VERY ANNOYED CUSTOMER
