“Beatiful Oak table extends from 2.4 to 3.4 metres. I wanted to have large dinner parties and this is perfect. Generally good service in terms of delivery. Just surprised that the guys charged £40 cash to have it constructed I would have liked to have had this info in advance of delivery hence not a 10 score.”

“The furniture was just what we wanted. A wine rack sideboard. The only issue was delivery date. It said delivery within 15 working days but after placing the order it was nearer 6 weeks. After a phone call it was resolved and came on time.”

“We are very pleased with all our matching living room and dining room oak furniture, it looks lovely. We were also delighted that after making a request they were willing to deliver to us everything we had ordered and they had in stock before Christmas. The coffee tables will come after Christmas.”

“My pine and cream dressing table is heavy and is very well made. It looks perfect in its place. The drawers could run a little more easily, I feel, otherwise it is a superb piece of furniture, just what I hoped for.”

“The furniture is good quality, I would say the after service could be improved. I had a call to notifiy me of the booked delivery slot for the following week and normally i would expect an email/text to give me a better idea of approx what time driver will be with me the day before or on the day, there was no call to say they were nearby either on the day. A lot of reviews had stated it is a 2 man delivery to a choice of your room, this is not the case and only when I told the driver i was on the phone to the office to check this did they offer to take the heavy drawers to an upstairs bedroom. Just be aware that this is a 2 man delivery, however only downstairs so if you have something ordered for an upstairs room the delivery people may not agree to take it up for you.”

“It nearly took a whole day to place my two orders today and I nearly gave up.I am 86 years old. Just downsized to a new two bedroom apt.and have to be away for an operation soon.Trying to have the urgently need chest drawer separately delivered and to add a second name to contact seemed so complicated ,On top of this I was double charged and bank blocked the payment which I had to spend a lot of time answering their security questions.Lucky my chat friend Liam became a real person and kindly phoned me and sorted my problem in a few minutes. He also kindly suggested some extra products I might be interested to add on which I did. Liam turned my frustrating and daunting experience to a happy one at the ending.”

“Well made furniture, but shame they made a 75 year old cancer suffering woman carry the large box inside without the decency of knocking on her glass doors to help with placing them in the house. Luckily I don’t need any more chairs.”

“Furniture very good and what we wanted, disappointed with delivery team as they only delivered 4 heavy items including dressing table and left in hallway would not take upstairs even though I am a pensioner, I then had to arrange for someone else to take items upstairs”

“Punctual arrival. Delivery men Andy and his colleague very professional. Furniture was very well packaged. Very pleased with the quality of the furniture once opened. Met all expectations. For the Top Furniture Buyers - I would like to make a suggestion now I am using my drawers II think the nozzle at the front of each drawer on the main body stopping them from coming right out should actually be on the back of each drawer if this is possible. It would prevent snagging on the contents of the drawer when they are being open and closed Thank you.”

“I love my new Toulouse bedroom furniture. The only criticism I have is that the drawers are not very wide from front to back and I can’t fit as much stuff in them as my old set. However, I can’t fault the service and delivery received from Top Furniture.”

“This is my 5th piece of furniture from tops, delivery was late due to an overseas issue and out of their control. I ordered the country oak large TV unit, which is lovely however there was a small area at the front that's dull area as though it's not been polished properly . I waited so long to get the unit that I didn't bother to report it. Great company but because of this I gave a 9 out of 10.”
